1. Introduction

To ensure a smooth, professional, and fair experience for all our customers, please read the following terms and conditions before booking with All Around Removals. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Confirmation Process

Your booking is confirmed once we receive all required details and your deposit payment (see Section 6 - Payment Terms).

2.2 Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about:

  • • Volume and nature of items to be moved
  • • Accessibility at all properties
  • • Any special requirements (e.g., dismantling, stairs, restricted access)
  • • Parking arrangements and access restrictions

2.3 Inaccurate Information

Misleading or incomplete information may result in additional charges or delays to your move.

3. Cancellations & Changes

We understand that moving plans can change.

3.1 Cancellation Policy

For bookings under £3,000:
  • • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled move to avoid forfeiture of your deposit
  • • If cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained to cover allocated resources
For bookings over £3,000:
  • • Cancellations may be made within 10 days of booking
  • • After this period, your deposit will be non-refundable

3.2 Rescheduling

Wherever possible, if you need to cancel or change your booking, we will always try our best to reallocate you to another available slot before applying cancellation terms.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Deposit Requirements

To secure your booking:

Bookings under £3,000

30% deposit

Bookings over £3,000

50% deposit

5.2 Final Payment

  • • The remaining balance is payable on the day of your move by cash or bank transfer
  • • If payment is not received in full on the moving day, All Around Removals reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until payment is completed
6. Additional Charges

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. You may be charged extra if:

  • • There are more items than initially discussed
  • • There are additional pick-up or drop-off locations
  • • Items are not packed or dismantled as agreed
  • • Our team is delayed due to access issues not previously disclosed
  • • Labour time exceeds the estimated time due to incomplete preparation

To avoid additional charges: Please ensure everything is packed, dismantled, and ready to go unless agreed otherwise.

11. Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, the following cannot be transported:

  • • Hazardous materials (fuel, paint, chemicals, etc.)
  • • Illegal substances or items
  • • Perishable food
  • • Animals or live plants
  • • Items of exceptional value without prior agreement
